Ingredients:
50% curry sauce: water, coconut milk, onion, vegetable oil (rapeseed *A or sunflower *B – see print next to the batch number), 4% yellow curry paste [dried chili, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galangal, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, spices (cinnamon, mace)], modified starch, sugar, ground dried garlic, 0.7% curry, salt, turmeric, lemongrass powder, fish sauce (anchovy fish extract, salt, sugar), ground dried onion, thickener: guar gum, ginger, chili flakes; 40% fish balls: 25% Atlantic salmon with skin (Salmo salar / farmed; catching area: North-East Atlantic FAO 27), 25% Atlantic herring (Clupea harengus / catching area: H** – North-East Atlantic FAO 27 or K** – North-West Atlantic FAO 21) or Baltic herring (Clupea harengus membras / catching area: M** – Baltic Sea FAO 27.IIId) fillets, cooked chickpeas (chickpeas, water), green peas, carrots, vegetable oil (rapeseed **A or sunflower **B – see print next to the batch number), onion, pea protein, pea flour, salt, spices and spice extracts; 10% vegetables in variable proportions (carrots, onions, peppers, green beans).
